The Central Bank of Ireland talk to Griffith College final year Computing students

On Thursday, final year computing students were visited by HR Representatives and developers from Central Bank to discuss their graduate programme. 

Graduate programmes have become a popular route for graduates to enter the workplace, with most major Irish companies offering them including Paddy Power, Jameson, Lidl, Glanbia, eir and Bank of Ireland.

The Central Bank of Ireland has a specific IT Graduate Programme. Not only does the Graduate Programme come with excellent benefits, but it gives graduates a chance to develop their professional experience and IT skills through a Personal Development Plan, which includes two years formal technical training. Graduates will also be given a mentor to guide them through the programme and support their professional development.
