Biography

Gerry has studied with many of Ireland’s top singers, including Peter McBrien, Bernadette Greevy and Evelyn Dowling and Frank O’Brien. He obtained his Diploma in Music (Teaching and Performing), at the Royal Irish Academy of Music, studying with Philip O’Reilly. His repertoire includes a wide range of roles in Opera, Oratorio, Operetta and Musicals. He is Choral Director of the Gabriel Choir, as well as several choirs for older people and those living with dementia. Recordings include An Evening with the Drawing Room Opera Company, The Cloths of Heaven and The Good Old Days of Music Hall.
