Yvonne is a Leadership & Management Development Consultant, Facilitator and Professional Coach. She also specialises in strategic learning and development. She has consultancy, multinational, and public service experience.  She works with boards, senior leadership teams, managers and individuals to assist and provide guidance in leadership behaviour development, organisational culture and change, employee engagement, and management development. As an experienced facilitator, she delivers practical and engaging training programmes and learning interventions to help individuals realsze their potential and attain personal and business goals. Yvonne has written a number of published articles and a book on impactful presentation skills.
