Biography

Ann Buckley lectures in Safety, Health and Welfare in Education on the Higher Diploma in Arts in Drama Education and associated programmes at Griffith College. 

With a varied career in both health and safety and the arts, Ann was invited to devise a safety, health and welfare program on the professional practice module.

Ann worked in manufacturing for two years and later spent fifteen years as Health and Safety Manager in construction working on multi-million euro projects in the UK and Ireland, such as Pairc Ui Caoimh, Linkedin, Amazon, Dublin Airport, and various ESB infrastructure projects across Ireland.

With a Higher Diploma in Arts in Music Education and as a trained Kindermusik Educator, Ann presently teaches music appreciation at a primary school in Dublin.
