Biography

Claire Cummins is a lecturer in the faculty of Law. She currently lectures Company Law on the LL.B. programme, and in the past has taught Criminal Law, the Law of Evidence, and acted as a dissertation advisor. She is a practising barrister at the Bar of Ireland, specialising mainly in civil and commercial law.
