Kathy is a lecturer and direct marketing business expert, with over 25 years experience in the Irish and International consumer and B2B markets. Qualifications include an MBA in International Business, PG Cert in Training & Education Special Purpose Level 9, Digital Marketing, Communications and Media, and IDM (Irish Direct Marketing) diploma. Clarke Consulting Group, an independent consultancy was set up in 2007 and Kathy currently owns and heads the company. Area of specialisation is in Strategic marketing planning, cost savings and marketing efficiencies for B2B and B2C markets with key focus on implementation of programmes to align business objectives on an International and local level. Lecturing specialities include e Marketing and e Business MSc/MBA International Business Management programme part-time in Griffith College Dublin and Sarajevo. Additional work in the educational space includes supervising MSc and MBA dissertations and post graduate business plans. Creation of market-driven course for HETAC validation. Previously, Kathy has delivered International Marketing Management and Globalisation modules for MSc and MBA programmes. E business on the Springboard initiative for Irish and Medium Enterprise. (ISME). Most recently Integrated Marketing Communications and Applied Market Research for the Springboard Diploma in Digital Communications for Enterprise. Former roles include, head of the marketing and strategic sales function for Murray Nolan Limited, (part of Littlewoods Ireland) responsible for five leading Irish mail order brands and Customer Contact and Business Development Manager with upc. Furthermore Kathy headed the European brand operations in Ireland on behalf of Glaxo SmithKline.
