Our people - Paula Spillane

Having begun her career in the pharmaceutical industry with an honours degree in chemistry and quality assurance (ACQUA), Paula moved onto teaching Science on completion of a post graduation diploma in education (PGDE) at UCC to honours level.

A certification in Creative Writing from NUI Maynooth led Paula to a CELTA course in UCC and an honours qualification providing a nationally and internationally recognised entry to teaching English as a foreign language.

Her current position in the Language Department with Griffith College Cork supports her interest and diversification in education.
