William McLoughlin BL is a barrister and mediator that practices in Data Protection, Employment, Personal Injuries, Planning and Judicial Review. William is the founder of Argent Business Consultations (www.argentbusinessconsultants.ie) a data protection and employment consultancy firm that provides cost effective business solutions for data protection and employment problems, including CPD training, project managing data breaches and data subject or employee claims and mediation.

William also specialises in complex personal injuries claims relating to chronic pain and fibromyalgia and has also litigated in some of the largest data breaches in Ireland, including high profile claims reported in the media against Ticketmaster, EBS and the Department of Social Protection over the Public Service Cards.
