Biography
Majella is a lecturer and the programme director for the following programmes in International Hospitality Management:
- MSc International Tourism and Hospitality Management, BA (Hons)
- International Hospitality Management
- Diploma International Hospitality Management.
With experience working with Fáilte Ireland as an instructor and also in the Irish hotel sector for a number of years, Majella brings hands-on experience of the hospitality industry to her teaching.
She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education at Queens University Belfast.
