The most valuable skills I gained from my psychology degree are definitely critical thinking and empathy. Through assignments, I developed the ability to critically read academic literature and analyse information in depth. The course content really strengthened my sense of empathy, as it offered a deep dive into human behaviour, helping me understand the many factors that can influence why people act the way they do.
