Biography

Denis lectures in Intellectual Property Law in Griffith College to undergraduate and postgraduate learners.  He also supervises dissertations at undergraduate and postgraduate level in Griffith.  He teaches European Union Law in other institutions and is a member of the external Faculty of the Law Society of Ireland teaching Business Law to trainee solicitors.

Denis is a solicitor admitted in Ireland, as well as England & Wales.  His practice experience has been in a commercial corporate environment and as a parliamentary counsel drafting primary and secondary legislation in the Office of the Attorney General in Dublin.

Denis was awarded a Masters of Laws (LL.M) by University College Cork and by Northumbria University.
