Eilish serves as Programme Director of the Graduate Business School at the Limerick Campus, with over 16 years of experience in higher education.
A specialist in curriculum design, Eilish is committed to a practical academic approach, leveraging deep industry roots to provide students with high-level guest speakers and immersive field research centred on sustainability.

Academic and Professional Background

Eilish holds an MA in International Tourism from the University of Limerick as well as a BBS in Business Studies with Marketing from Limerick Institute of Technology. Eilish is a specialist in curriculum design; she has been instrumental in developing QQI Level 8 and 9 programmes in Sustainable Tourism and Hospitality Management.

Eilish serves as the External Examiner for the Tourism & Hospitality Management programmes at SETU.
