Professional Summary

Eveleen joined Griffith College in 2013 and is the Manager of the Griffith Institute of Language.  She is responsible for the academic leadership, and operational management of the department. She oversees curriculum delivery, programme and staff development, and student support, ensuring high standards in teaching and learning. 

Academic and Professional Background

Eveleen holds a Master’s degree in English Language Teaching and has professional experience in higher and international education. Her expertise spans academic leadership and teaching, quality assurance and programme management. She is currently pursuing a professional doctorate in Education focused on leadership and evaluation.
 

Teaching, Research, or Leadership Focus

Eveleen’s research interests include educational leadership, evaluation, and quality enhancement. Her work centres on strategic and operational leadership, evidence-informed decision-making, and improving teaching, learning, and student outcomes within international and higher education contexts.
