Biography

Nathan is the Programme Director for the Diploma in Legal Studies & Practice and Certificate courses, as well as a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law. 
 
He is a practicing barrister specialising in the fields of criminal law, immigration & asylum, extradition and judicial review. Prior to this, Nathan worked as a Judicial Assistant within the Courts Service and has held research positions in a number of legal institutions including the Asser Institute in the Hague and the UvA Institute for Advanced Study. He is the founder and former Editor-in-Chief of the Dublin University Journal of Criminology.
