Exploring Your CAO Options at Griffith College Dublin

With a new academic year beginning and Higher Options 2025 just around the corner, the CAO (Central Applications Office) is once again on everyone's mind.  

This year, the online application facility opens on Wednesday, 5 November at 12 noon. The facility to add/change course choices opens on the same day. If you apply online by 5:00 pm on 20 January, you can avail of the discounted application fee of €30.  

The normal closing date for applications is 1 February at 5:00 pm (€50 fee), so make sure to have your application submitted by then!

Entry Requirements (Leaving Certificate Common Points Scale): 

Level 8: Minimum two H5s and four O6/H7s (some programmes will require O6 in Maths). 

Level 7: Minimum five O6/H7s (some programmes will require O6 in Maths). 

Level 6: Minimum five O6/H7s (some programmes will require O6 in Maths).
