Participants will learn the skills to build Outlook folder structures to manage their files.
This course is designed for busy people who need to know how to get the best from their applications from the outset. The course moves swiftly through the very basics and progresses to teach the users how to exploit the most productive elements of Outlook; making the need for additional advanced training a requirement only for the more specialist Administrative user.
Delegates will be able to create, send receive and amend a series of Outlook elements including notes, emails, meetings and tasks. Users will be able to list and define the collection of tools available in Outlook as an organisational management system.
