In higher education and the workplace innovation is identifying and co-creating the most effective way to engage learners in a social, technological and needs environment constantly in a state of change. Participants will be empowered beyond a ‘solution’ view of to explore and identify for themselves; alternative, creative solutions to complex problems and how to in turn measure and show the value of their contributions.
This course focuses on the development of professional skills; while it does not sit on the national framework, the module is drawn from Griffith College’s suite of QQI-validated degree programmes.
