Plans for 2022

As we enter the final weeks of semester 2, the College wishes to ensure the continued safety and continuity of learning for the entire Griffith College community and is strongly encouraging the following actions from learners:

  • Wearing facemasks while indoors on the College campus, including in classrooms, laboratories and studio settings. Masks are available at all main doors and other points in the College
  • Regular use of the hand sanitising stations located around the campus
  • Regular COVID-19 antigen testing using the free COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test kits available around the campus.
  • If you have COVID-19 symptoms or have tested positive for COVID-19, stay at home and do not come to campus until all symptoms have cleared and you are returning negative COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test results.
  • Engagement with Ireland’s COVID-19 vaccination programme for first-time or Booster doses. Full details on Ireland’s vaccination programme can be accessed here.

Further details on COVID-19 can be found on the HSE website, available here.

The College is monitoring the current rise in COVID-19 numbers in the community and continues to follow government and HSE safety advice.
