Fees & Payments

Methods of Payment

In order to proceed with the payment of tuition fees, students must have received an offer letter.

Option 1: Pay Online

Students may pay online by credit or debit card at www.griffith.ie/payonline

Option 2: Bank Draft/Cheque/Postal Order

Students may pay by bank draft/cheque/postal order and each of above should be made payable to Griffith College. Students can visit the fees office during office hours if they wish to pay in person by this method or may forward any of the above to the Student Fees Office, Griffith College Dublin, South Circular Road, Dublin 8, Ireland.

Please note: If you are making payment by this method, please state your name and GC Reference Number/Student Number on the reverse side of the bank draft/cheque/postal order. 

Option 3: Bank Transfer

Students may pay by bank transfer into the College account for which the College bank details are:

Important: Once your payment has been made, please e-mail a copy of the bank transfer/proof of payment to the International Office at [email protected]. Please quote both your GC Reference Number/Student Number and your name on the bank transfer/proof of payment. Your Griffith College Reference Number will be stated on your offer letter. 

International Refund Policy

Tuition fees paid to Griffith College are non-refundable, except for students whose Study Visa application to Ireland is refused. In such instances, tuition fees received will be refunded less an administration fee of €150.

A request for a refund will be processed within 6 weeks of receipt of the following documents:

  1. A formal letter requesting a refund of tuition fees paid

  2. A copy of the visa refusal letter received from the Irish Visa Office

  3. Complete bank details, including intermediary bank details, using the Griffith College Bank Details Form. Please download this form here

Please note that failure to supply complete information outlined above may result in a delay in the processing time of your refund request.
