Internationally Recognized ACCA Examination Prize Winners

Griffith College has seen its students obtain 86 first places in the examinations in Ireland and 7 first places in the world. Furthermore, over the past two ACCA examinations sittings, more than 50% of Irish ACCA Prizes were won by Griffith College students.  Up until now, Griffith College students have won an impressive 316 ACCA Prizes for their examinations at a national and international level. The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) is the leading global professional accountancy body in the world, with almost 500,000 members and students in 170 countries.

Griffith College is recognised as holding Platinum Status, the highest level of recognition of quality assurance by the ACCA. Under the ACCA's Universities & Colleges registration scheme, Platinum Status is only given to a small selected number of higher level education institutions in the world.

Internationally Recognized CPA Examination Prize Winners

Griffith College students have performed very well in the CPA examinations. In 2011, 8 of our students achieved first place in the CPA examinations in Ireland. In 2010, 6 of our students achieved first place in Ireland in the CPA examinations. In 2012, Griffith College students came in the top 10 places in the CIMA examinations.

The Irish Hospitality Institute Awards

In 2012, Griffith College graduate, Monica Mambo was one of the Hospitality Graduates of the year at the prestigious Irish Hospitality Institute Awards.

HETAC Student of the Year Prize

Ana Maglajlic was awarded the National HETAC Student of the Year Prize. This is the national award recognising excellence in the academic endeavours of the student. Ana joined Griffith College for the final year of her BA (Hons) in Business Studies as part of a partnership between Griffith College and her home University in Sarajevo.
