About the library
Welcome to Griffith College Library. The library is at the centre of learning support and research resources available to both staff and students of the college across all three campuses. We provide an excellent research and learning hub through the physical library spaces and our online presence.
It is our policy to make as many of our services available online as possible to facilitate part-time students, lifelong learning, and students wishing to work from home. We are committed to using and supporting new and emerging technology to enhance the learner experience.
Though Moodle, Griffith College’s Virtual Learning Environment, we offer structured learning resources to support learning and research potential. Material includes access to a range of subject specific journal databases, online training tutorials and material on research skills and academic writing and referencing.
We also run in-class workshops, small tailored group workshops and orientations on request, as well as face-to-face individual support.
All your core texts are available in the library, you can browse the library catalogue online and reserve or renew your loans from your personal library account. You can access printing, scanning and copying facilities on site, and wirelessly link your mobile devices to the network and printing.
Our mission is to support you in your studies and in your lifelong personal and professional development. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to discuss what resources are best suited to your own needs.
