College Governance

Griffith College has a Management Board which oversees the operational management of the College. The Management Board reports to and is accountable to the Board of Directors.

Membership of the Management Board

The Board of Directors decides the composition of the Management Board, with the executive Board of Directors being deemed appointed (until such a point where they cease to hold the relevant office). For all other members, the term of office is 12 months from the date of appointment.

Managers Communication Group

The Managers Communication Group comprises senior managers from across the college and reports to the Management Board.

The group supports open, structured communication between the Management Board and senior managers, in line with the college's vision, mission and values, and to support operational efficiency.

Membership

Members serve a 24-month term ending on 30 August 2028.
