If I start the Masters and want to exit without completing it, can I still get an award?

If I start the Special Purpose Award Certificate and decide that I wish to continue on to a higher award, can I do this?

If I start the Postgraduate Diploma and decide that I wish to continue on to the master's, can I do this?
