Free Online Mental Health Talks with Griffith and ICHAS
Griffith College, in assosiation with the Irish College of Humanities & Applied Sciences (ICHAS) has announced online Spring Talks series.
The free events will take place across April and May.
Kicking off on April 25th, these accessible talks will cover a range of topical Mental Health issues and will be presented by professionals with a wealth of experience in the relevant areas.
The topics include:
- Understanding Autism Spectrum Disorder, which will look at areas such as definition, diagnosis, sensory issues and support
- Gambling – The Hidden Addiction, which will be hosted by Dr. James Kinane
- Dealing with Bereavement, Loss, and Grief, with Finbarr Chambers
- and Preventing stress and burnout.
