Griffith College partnered with Craydel to launch Kenya's largest business pitch competition for high school students, Craydel Cup. The competition invites students to form teams and create business ideas that solve pressing issues in Africa related to commerce, healthcare, education, and other fields.

There was huge interest, with over 130 team submissions from 70 high schools across Kenya, registered for the competition, with incredible innovation and entrepreneurial spirit on display. After reviewing all submissions, the top 5 teams were selected and got to pitch their business ideas in front of a panel of judges on TV at Kenya Television Network (KTN). The final pitches can be watched here: Part 1 - Part 2 - Part 3.

Griffith are delighted to be associated with the Craydel Cup, and to welcome talented Kenyan students to study with us.

Due to the demand for this, the first running of the Craydel Cup, plans are already well underway for Craydel Cup 2024 which will be open to more High School students from across Africa… stay tuned.
