Hospitality Training Restaurant Opens for Semester

Every year, Griffith College Dublin’s first-year Hospitality Management students open their dedicated training restaurant. The restaurant will reopen on Thursday, March 23rd, serving lunch every Thursday and Friday from 12:30 to 2 pm for the rest of the semester.

Each week, the restaurant offers a new menu featuring different international dishes prepared by the excellent chef Adrienne Hickey. Students are in the process of selecting a new name for the restaurant following a recent competition. They plan to announce the name next Wednesday.
