Students from Griffith College Dublin’s International Hospitality Management course will run Epicurious restaurant in the upcoming weeks which will provide them with real-life experiences they can action in the workplace.

Learning Lifelong Skills

Hospitality students at the South Circular Road campus will serve members of staff and the student population bi-weekly which is an experiential feature of the course on offer.

Hospitality in Griffith College Dublin and Limerick

Griffith offers this hospitality course at its locations at the Dublin main campus as well as  Limerick. In Limerick, the MSc in International Business Management can be studied part-time or full-time.

The Students Journey

Each week, students prepare three course meals for members of staff and the student body which is themed around a particular cuisine or country. The on-site facilities offer students the chance to gather practical skills that can be implemented into their future career. Many students decide to progress to Griffith’s Graduate Business School once they’ve graduated from the hospitality course.         

While undertaking the BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management, students can expect to receive up to 1,000 hours of work experience across the three year period.
