Kroni is a chronotype-based planner designed around natural energy rhythms rather than rigid schedules. Inspired by chronotype theory and productivity research, the project explores how focus, motivation, and alertness change throughout the day for different people. The system consists of four planner versions — Bear, Lion, Wolf, and Dolphin — each tailored to a different productivity rhythm. Through flexible layouts, energy-based planning, and reflective prompts, Kroni encourages a more balanced and sustainable approach to productivity while helping users avoid overwhelm and burnout. Combining editorial design, illustration, and research, the project reframes planning as something personal, adaptable, and human-centred rather than one-size-fits-all.
