“Fragments, Lisbon 1755” is a typographical exploration about the 1755 Lisbon earthquake as a moment where the power of nature and human intervention collide. The narrative unfolds in stages, beginning with Lisbon before the catastrophe, progressing to disruption, where structure and beliefs break down, followed by a gradual return to order through reconstruction. In this way, the book is treated as a series of fragments, acting as an artefact that has survived and been rebuilt through memory.
Alongside editorial work, my branding project “Connect - A place to Belong” and UI/UX app “StudyBuddies” showcase inclusive and user-centred design approaches, from fostering belonging through playful, school-based interactions to creating virtual co-working spaces that support focus, connection and shared learning.
