This in-depth administration qualification is validated by City & Guilds and Griffith College and is suited to participants who wish to obtain the skills and knowledge required to work efficiently and effectively in a busy office environment.

Why Study Administration and Office Skills at Griffith College

The Certificate in Administration and Office Skills course is conducted on a part-time basis over a 26-week period. The aim of the course is to prepare graduates for positions in professional, financial and public sector employment.

This course will run one evening per week from 6.30pm to 9.30pm, over 18 Weeks, and four Sundays* from 9.30am to 4.30pm. Please see the course timetable below.​

How to Apply

Entry Requirements

Mature Students 

If you are 23 years or over from the 1st January of this year, you can apply for this course directly using the College’s online application form.

Under 23 Years 

Old Leaving Cert (Pre 2017)

5 Ordinary Level D3s (subjects to include a language, English, Irish or another language) or equivalent exam taken.

New Leaving Cert

5 O6/H7 grades, to include a language (English, Irish or another language).

All applicants must be a user of Microsoft Office.
