Certificate in Administration and Office Skills
This in-depth administration qualification is suited to participants who wish to obtain the skills and knowledge required to work efficiently and effectively in a busy office environment.
This course focuses on the development of professional skills and does not sit on the national framework, however leads to a Griffith College award. Learners will also receive a City & Guilds qualification for the following:
- Elementary Microsoft Word
- Elementary Microsoft Excel
- Elementary Microsoft Access

The Certificate in Administration and Office Skills course is conducted on a part-time basis over a 18-week period. The aim of the course is to prepare graduates for positions in professional, financial and public sector employment.
- Course covers the broad range of principles and techniques within the sphere of Administration work.

- You will gain practical experience in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Outlook on a MS Windows platform.

- Option to further your studies in the area of Business Management, with progression to Griffith’s Diploma in Business Management (ICM) course.
