This in-depth administration qualification is validated by City & Guilds and Griffith College and is suited to participants who wish to obtain the skills and knowledge required to work efficiently and effectively in a busy office environment.
The Certificate in Administration and Office Skills course is conducted on a part-time basis over a 26-week period. The aim of the course is to prepare graduates for positions in professional, financial and public sector employment.
We run 2 intakes for this course commencing in Spring and Autumn.

This module is aimed at office administrators and other support staff that are looking to understand their company's social media tools. It can be beneficial for anyone who is looking to start or maintain a Social Media Campaign, either for their own business or their employer.

5 Ordinary Level D3s (subjects to include a language, English, Irish or another language) or equivalent exam taken.
New Leaving Cert
5 O6/H7 grades, to include a language (English, Irish or another language).
All applicants must be a user of Microsoft Office.

On completion of this course, participants are encouraged to further their studies through joining the Diploma in Business Management (ICM) course.
