LL.M Shortlisted in GradIreland Higher Education Awards

Griffith College is delighted to announce that its LL.M in International Commercial Law has been shortlisted for the GradIreland Higher Education Award: Postgraduate Course of the Year in the Law category.

Exceeding Expectations

The LL.M was shortlisted having met and exceeded a list of requirements expected of a course by GradIreland. A collection of ‘clear and measurable’ indicators meant the course would be considered for the award. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Research record

Programme Director of Postgraduate Law at Griffith College Dr Sarah Bryan O’Sullivan said, “We in the Law Faculty at Griffith College are delighted to announce that for the second year running one of our LLM programmes has been shortlisted for the Gradireland Higher Education Awards. The Law Faculty’s LLM in International Commercial Law has been shortlisted for the award of ‘Postgraduate Course of the Year in Law’. We are very proud of all our programmes in the Law Faculty and look forward to attending the Gradireland Award Ceremony in a number of weeks.”

Graduate Experience

The Griffith College Law faculty’s submission included testimonials from graduates including that of John Keating, who said, “I relocated to Australia after completing my LL.M.  It soon became apparent that my LL.M was highly regarded and relevant to a number of industries here.  I have spent the last 2 years as a senior advisor for contracts and governance in a statutory authority engaged in civil aviation

The awards ceremony will take place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry on Friday 22 November.
