Study at Griffith College
The one thing I will take with me is the communication skills. The course was very diverse, we learned audio editing, video editing, writing articles, and much more. While it’s hard to pick just one skill, I would say writing stands out the most. You gain a lot of skills in just one year. It’s a pretty intense course, so anyone considering it should definitely be prepared for the challenge.
One of the standout lecturers during my time was Barry Finnegan. His classes offered incredible insights into politics and communication, and I learned so much from his teaching style and expertise. The skills I gained in his lectures are ones I’ll carry with me throughout my career.
One of the most valuable skills I gained during my time at Griffith College was understanding Irish Media Law and Ethics. It's knowledge that I’ll carry with me throughout my future career.
