The BA in Counselling Skills and Psychotherapy Studies is one of the leading academically based professional programmes for those wishing to pursue a career in counselling.

Its uniqueness is related to the fact that it facilitates learners to develop in an integrative manner the practical skills, knowledge and attitudes necessary to work within a social and therapeutic model of counselling. This degree in counselling is highly interactive and draws upon a mixture of academic and experiential learning approaches across the programme.

The Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Skills and Practice is a foundation-level counselling skills course. It serves as an excellent introduction to the area of counselling, and teaches general counselling skills that will benefit people in both their personal and professional lives, particularly those who work with the public regularly.
