Blended learning makes business education work for real-life.

If you have ever thought about going back to college but dismissed the idea because of work, family commitments, or simply a busy life, you are not alone. Many people with ambition and potential feel that a degree is out of reach, not because they lack the ability, but because they believe they do not have the time.

At Griffith College, we understand that higher education needs to fit into real life. That is why our Business Faculty has developed a series of blended business degree programmes. These are designed for people who want to upskill, change careers, or move forward professionally, but cannot commit to traditional full-time study.

Blended Business Degrees at Griffith College give you structure, support, and qualification, all without disrupting your work or personal life.

“The flexibility of the online material allowed me to balance my studies with working and raising a family, while the small class size in on-campus tutorials fostered a real sense of familiarity with my fellow students and lecturers.”

– Nicola Hutchinson, BA (Hons) in Business (Blended)

What Is Blended Learning?

Blended learning is a flexible model of education that combines online study with in-person learning experiences. It is designed to help students balance their studies with work, family, and other responsibilities.

At Griffith College, in a typical blended business degree, students may view lectures, access readings, ask questions and complete assignments online, so time in the classroom can focus more on discussion and activities. It creates opportunities to study a wide range of subjects and gain qualifications while learning flexibly, whenever and wherever suits you

You will also have access to our dedicated eLearning platform, where you will receive round the clock support throughout your studies.

This format allows you to study wherever you are and whenever it suits you, while still benefiting from face-to-face interactions and support when it matters the most.

Blended Learning Works Well for Business Students

Business is a subject grounded in real-world practice. Whether you are studying management, marketing, finance, or human resources, the knowledge you gain is immediately applicable in the workplace.

A blended business degree allows you to apply concepts as you learn them. Many of our students are already working in business or related fields, and find that they can use their coursework to improve their performance at work or take on new responsibilities. Others are looking to pivot into a new area and use their studies to build a foundation while continuing to earn.

It also means you do not have to choose between your career and your education. You can do both.
