Occupational First Aid Course – starting 11 March 2015

Are you responsible for first aid in your workplace? The FETAC (QQI) Level 5 Occupational First Aid course provides the learner with the understanding, knowledge and practical skills required to provide and coordinate first aid in the workplace in compliance with the requirements of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2007 and its accompanying Regulations and Guidelines.

It is a legislative requirement for all first aiders to ensure that they keep up to date with developments in First Aid Practice while also refreshing skills that may only be occasionally used. This course will keep a current First Aid Certificate in-date so that you can continue as an occupational first aider in the workplace.
