Studying in Dublin? Consider Living at Griffith Halls of Residence

Student accommodation in Dublin at Griffith Halls of Residence

Moving away from home for the first time can be intimidating – a new city, new people, and new routine. To make the transition a little easier, Griffith Halls of Residence is reserving rooms for 30 Griffith College CAO students for Autumn 2019.

Located at Griffith College’s South Circular Road campus, GHR is a fantastic housing option for our students.

Why live at GHR?

Convenient Location

Griffith Halls of Residence is conveniently located. It’s served by multiple buses that include the 9, 16, 68 and 122, and is only a 20-minute walk from the Luas, linking you to almost everywhere in Dublin. Its position on South Circular Road means you’re close to all of the restaurants and nightlife of busy Camden Street without being right in the middle of the action. And, of course, you can sleep as late as you want when classes are in just the next building over!

Assured Housing

Once you’ve got a spot at GHR, that spot is yours for the year, as long as you hold up your end of the deal! It’s no surprise that housing can be hard to come by in Dublin, and unfortunately, all landlords and housemates don’t act as fairly or responsibly as they should. Our expert team is on hand to help with any questions or repairs, and you’ll never have to wonder about whether you’re dealing with someone honest.

Onsite Restaurant

While every room has access to a kitchen, sometimes you just don’t feel like cooking. That’s where Arthur’s comes in. Our on-campus restaurant is open from 7:30 to 20:30 Monday to Thursday, and from 8:30 to 15:30 on Friday and Saturday, so it’s easy to grab a healthy meal (or chips, if that’s what you’re in the mood for). There are even meal plans available to make things as simple as possible.

Instant Friends

Don’t know anyone in Dublin? Now you do! You’ll be sharing an apartment with your peers, so you’ll have people to hang out with from day one – and in many cases, they’ll be new to the city as well. You can compare to-do lists and find your bearings together! There are also plenty of events to attend – the GHR Residential Assistant sets up nights out, pizza parties and more, and the Students Union is right on campus, with plenty of exciting events and trips throughout the year.

Supportive Community

Let’s be honest – it can be a little scary to leave home! When it’s your first time moving away, it’s good to know there are supports you can fall back on, whether you need help finding your way around or just someone to talk to. Our helpful staff is always on hand to assist.

Worry-Free

We have all-inclusive rates, so there’s no need to worry about paying monthly bills, setting up direct debits, etc. Once you’re moved in, you’re set!

Griffith Halls of Residence is an easy and convenient way to handle your accommodation needs while studying in Dublin. Why not take a closer look or enquire about a room now?
