ONE IN 10 is a ready-to-wear Autumn/Winter 2026 collection designed for confident, sustainability-conscious young women seeking functional daywear with the ease to transition into occasion dressing. The collection is rooted in the reality of living with endometriosis and related conditions, which are chronic illnesses that affect one in ten women, yet remain vastly underdiagnosed and underrepresented. Through low-waste pattern making and deadstock cotton and wool fabrics, medical imagery, like blister packs, pills, reproductive anatomy, is translated into soft yet structured silhouettes. Quilted textures, gathers and folds honour both the pain and resilience of those affected. The palette speaks deliberately: deep red signals pain and urgency, off-white offers calm and relief, and silver evokes the clinical, surgical realities many navigate daily. By merging fashion with advocacy, ONE IN 10 gives visibility to an often-invisible illness, creating garments that are empowering, considered, and designed for real bodies and real lives.
