This project reimagines a warehouse as a coworking space for a collective of creatives from multiple disciplines who value collaboration and shared resources.  The design concept is inspired by the nearby Howth Coastline, using its dynamic and fluid nature as a metaphor for the design process. Just as the coastline is constantly shifting and evolving, the process of design is adaptive and unpredictable. The interior of Coastal Collective draws on this similarity, incorporating references to the coast in materials and spaces, to create a coworking space that meets the needs of today’s designers. Universal design and sustainability principles have been carefully considered, creating an accessible and environmentally responsible space.
