The Creative Cove is inspired by the community’s creation of many murals that can be found throughout Kilbarrack as well as the many train stations found in North Dublin, such as Howth Junction and Bayside. The combination between the creative minds behind these pieces and the busy rush hours where many people can see this artwork has also given me inspiration to continue with my design. The usage of low VOC paints, reclaimed timber from other projects in the area and carbon neutral floors will be used to develop the existing warehouse into an office building. All of the artwork made by the creatives will be showcased downstairs, while all the chaos of the creatives will be working on their many projects upstairs.
