This project explores how a historic protected structure can be transformed into a vibrant, sustainable destination serving both visitors and the local community.

The design weaves Baroque classicism through architectural elements, Eclectic energy through bold pops of colour and Farm Chic warmth through timber finishes and florals inspired by the Wicklow landscape.

The ground floor hosts a generous restaurant designed to maximise natural light through glazed partitions and the original Georgian windows, with a commercial kitchen.

The local community and guests can enjoy a luxurious private cinema for seven, also a bookable mini bar room and a new external terrace transforming a previously empty space into a vibrant gathering area.

The first floor follows a capsule typology, maximising spatial efficiency without compromising luxury. Master suites, family rooms, bunk bed rooms, and classic doubles each feature bespoke joinery, integrated refreshments, and en-suites. The spatial design ensures accessibility and inclusivity throughout.
