Two warehouse buildings from Hope Brewery, Howth Junction Business Park, have been refurbished into an innovative design studio space for creatives from fields like fashion, interior design, graphics, among others. With the concept “Led by the Mind, United by the Heart” driving this project, the first floor is the Mind where individuals have their own private offices and meeting rooms while the ground floor serves as the Heart where socializing and networking take place. Incorporating focus and sociability, the design offers the best possible workplace for today’s creative industry in a manner that adheres to all necessary building regulations, safety and sustainability.
