For this project, I explored the reuse of an existing warehouse building by transforming it into a collaborative working space for creative professionals. My design is based on the idea that work and play are not opposites, but can exist together in the same environment to support creativity and productivity. The space combines playful and informal areas for collaboration with quieter, more focused spaces for concentrated work and meetings, inspired by research into creativity in the workplace, the design encourages users to move between different working environments depending on their needs throughout the day. Through zoning, materials, and spatial planning, the project creates a balanced workplace that supports both professional work and creative thinking.
