This project will turn two existing warehouse buildings into a collaborative office space for multi disciplined creative individuals. This office will be a space that promotes a healthy work/life balance, collaboration, creative flow and mindfulness. The concept for this project is inspired by how individuals are effected by different factors such as the seasons, the environment, a sense of community and the times of day. This space is designed keeping these things in mind. There will be space for the clients to function as a community, with an incorporated public coffee shop and various break out spaces, but also gives space for clients to function as individuals, with acoustic pods, a laundry room and a full kitchen. The space will be calming with bright, cool colours and natural materials like glass and wood.
