This project explores the reuse of an existing industrial building into a multi-disciplinary collaborative workspace, while using the principles of the circadian rhythm. The design introduces a central open courtyard on the ground floor, allowing natural light to flow into the building and reach the upper levels, enhancing the internal environment and supporting users’ natural biological cycles. The original two-story structure has been extended to three levels, maximizing spatial potential while maintaining a strong connection to light and openness. The spatial organization promotes both collaboration and individual focus, creating a balanced and responsive working environment that supports wellbeing and productivity.
