Howth Collective is a reimagined concept for an industrial building in Howth. Previously a brewery, the space has been transformed into a co-working office shared by 20 independent creatives from a range of disciplines. Howth Collective is a vibrant creative hub rooted in biophilic design, with a focus on well-being and a sense of community. Respecting the existing structure, softer elements have been used to contrast the harder industrial materials. An earthy colour palette combined with pops of colour creates a balance between calm and inspiration, and the design aims to create an environment that encourages both focus and collaboration. The layout is designed to spark curiosity, with a mix of open spaces and more enclosed areas inspired by the natural landscape.
