The Creative Centre is the result of transforming a former warehouse into a contemporary office space located in an industrial area north of Dublin City centre. The concept is inspired by the atmosphere of a Marketplace, where users come together to Exchange and share goods; here reinterpreted as the Exchange of ideas, knowledge and creativity among designers.

Different zones are designed to encourage serendipity and promote a natural flow of people, conversations, and ideas. Versatility is the key design principle, allowing the space to adapt to a variety of needs and challenges.

Exposed materials define a modern, contemporary industrial aesthetic, characterised by clean geometries and complemented by warm lighting that supports focus and productivity.

The Creative Centre is not designed simply to be occupied; it is designed to be shared.

The image shows a top view of the common area, especially the staircase which is a table but also functions as an event runaway; this area is very social and is where serendipity happens.

The image shows a perspective view of how the stairs are integrated with the kitchen area, work areas, and main entrance hallway. We can also see the upper area, the phone booth, and how natural light decor the space.
